On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot password”, enter your number, and you'll get a code to set a new password.

You renew by hand after a subscription ends, from “My subscription”. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged without you.

The wallet pays for subscriptions in the app and can't be withdrawn. If a coach declines your subscription, the full amount returns to your wallet.
