Delete your account
You can delete your VOLT account at any time from inside the app, in a few steps.
In the app

Open the VOLT app and sign in.

Go to the More tab (المزيد) in the bottom bar.

Tap Delete account (حذف الحساب) at the bottom of the page.

Read what happens, tick I understand (أفهم ذلك), then tap Continue (متابعة).

Confirm with your password, or choose Confirm by SMS code (تأكيد برمز SMS) to get a verification code.
What happens

The deletion is scheduled 14 days ahead. If you sign in before then, you can cancel it.

When it runs, your name and photo are removed, your sessions end, and your number is free for a new account.

Your wallet balance can't be withdrawn and becomes unavailable; an active subscription is suspended without a refund.

We keep the financial and activity records the law requires us to keep, no longer linked to your identity.
